I haven't read any of Barack Obama's writing, but this TNR article makes his 'Dream of My Father' sound potentially compelling. The author recounts Obama's father's decline and eventual death in closing summary. I had no idea Obama's father was such a seedy guy. Very interesting. Makes me like him even more.
